The Church of San Agustín (also known as the Church of the Augustinians and officially the Temple of Our Lady of Grace) is a Catholic church of the Chilean Province of the Order of St. Augustine in the historic center of Santiago de Chile.

In 1625 this parish was built on land acquired by the Augustinian friars on their arrival in Chile at the end of the 16th century. After several repairs due to devastating earthquakes, the church still retains Baroque nuances and neoclassical aspects, especially in its front. It was declared a National Monument in 1981.
