This garden means “Forest of the Earth” in Mapudungun. The year 1983 was created, has an area of 4.5 hectares and presents more than 70 species of native flora distinctive of our country, distributed in representative areas of Chile: north, center, south, and a fourth medicinal area.

You can also find here a garden of medicinal plants and a natural waterfall that ends in a pool inhabited by ducks.

As if that were not enough, there is an ideal area to picnic very close to this garden, which you can enjoy for free in order of arrival.

From here you have an incredible view of the city and the Santiago Cable Car flying over the Chilean capital.

The easiest way to get there is by going down at the Tupahue Station of the Santiago Cable Car and walking about 150 meters.
