Bellavista Terrace Viewpoint

An incredible panoramic view from the summit of San Cristóbal Hill.  

This viewpoint is one of the most characteristic sectors of the Parquemet and you can access it Santiago Funicular or Cable Car getting off at the Cumbre Station. It is located at the top of the San Cristóbal hill, at the foot of the Virgin Immaculate Conception, and is characterized by its incredible panoramic view towards the south-central and western areas of Santiago. 

What to see at Mirador Terraza Bellavista? 

At the top of San Cristóbal Hill there are many attractions to visit, in addition to enjoying the beautiful view of Santiago and trying the classics peach and barley drink that they sell locally.  

 On this terrace, there are some binoculars that allow you to see the details of the city at a closer distance and sunsets are the ideal time to take a photo to remember your visit.  At the summit there is also the Sanctuary of the Virgin Immaculate Conception, a large image of the Virgin 14 meters high that can be distinguished from different places in Santiago.  

 In the surroundings you will find the Tudor Cafe, Plaza México and the Manuel Foster Observatory.  

 How to get to Mirador Terraza Bellavista?  

 Without a doubt, trips in Cableway o Cable car They are the fastest, most entertaining and easiest way to get to this viewpoint.  

 If you enter Parquemet through Pedro de Valdivia, you can take Cableway at Oasis Station and get off Summit StationOn the other hand, if you enter through Pío Nono, you can go up to Cable car, which takes you to Cumbre Station in approximately 5 minutes.  

 Both trips are unmissable panoramas of San Cristóbal hill and they will give you an incredible 360º view of the city.
